These Terms govern your use of the Reem Cares advice service. By subscribing or requesting a call you agree to them.

About the service

• Non-clinical advice & life-coaching for adults 18+.
• Not counselling, therapy, medical diagnosis or crisis support.
• Operating hours for personal responses and call-backs: 9am–9pm (UK time).
• Membership features include call-back requests, private member messaging, practical member resources, goal and check-in tools, moderated Community Corner participation and regular motivational wellbeing SMS content.
• Resources and SMS content are general guidance and are not personalised medical or therapeutic advice.

Membership & charges

• Subscription: £4.50 per week, billed via your mobile network (Direct Carrier Billing).
• Cancellation: text STOP to 65065. You’ll also receive instructions in your payment SMS/receipt.
• Your network’s standard data/SMS charges may apply.

Using the service

• Be respectful and lawful. We may end calls where abuse or unlawful content is involved.
• Advice is general only. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
• For urgent help call 999 or contact Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7).

Member features & contact requests

Provide accurate contact details. By submitting a call-back request you consent to us calling you regarding your enquiry. Private messages are handled as member support requests. Community Corner submissions are moderated and will only be featured anonymously where the member has given permission. Goal-planner information is stored locally in the member’s browser and is not sent to Reem Cares unless the member separately submits it.

Limitation of liability

We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or regulatory changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
