These Terms govern your use of the Reem Cares advice service. By subscribing or requesting a call you agree to them.
About the service
- Non-clinical advice & life-coaching for adults 18+.
- Not counselling, therapy, medical diagnosis or crisis support.
- Operating hours: 9am–9pm (UK time). We aim to return call requests within these hours.
Membership & charges
- Subscription: £5 per week, billed via your mobile network (Direct Carrier Billing).
- Cancellation: text STOP to [short code]. You’ll also receive instructions in your payment SMS/receipt.
- Your network’s standard data/SMS charges may apply.
Using the service
- Be respectful and lawful. We may end calls where abuse or unlawful content is involved.
- Advice is general only. You remain responsible for your decisions and actions.
- For urgent help call 999 or contact Samaritans 116 123 (free, 24/7).
Contact requests
Provide accurate contact details. By submitting a request you consent to us calling you back regarding your enquiry.

Limitation of liability
We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or regulatory changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
